Event Description:
The Department of Hospitality Management invites you to come watch students in the Garde Manger class as they compete to prepare and display edible creations including pork and duck pâtés, cured salmon, and finger foods. Watch as students add final components to their team tables while industry professionals view, taste, and judge each team's work.
11:00am to 11:30am - Final setup by students
11:30am to 12:00pm - Evaluation by judges
1:00pm - Results announced
